Amy Lucas
Amy Lucas is a USCCA Training Counselor, Certified Firearms Instructor, and Official Partner with the USCCA.
She is the founder and owner of Steel and Stilettos Firearm Training. She worked in Law Enforcement for 20 years and also was a Firearms Instructor for the State of Michigan. She has taught beginners to advanced sharpshooters using handguns, Rifles, and Shotguns.
She was an Officer, Field Training Officer, Team Leader on a SWAT Team, and Investigator on the Absconder Recovery Unit. Amy opened her Firearms business and teaches Basic Handgun Fundamentals, Concealed Carry and Home Defense (CPL), Concealed Carry Tactics, Defensive Shooting Fundamentals, and USCCA Certified Instructor Classes. Amy is also a writer for the Armed Lifestyle Magazine.
She is committed to empowering each of her students with the tools needed to defend themselves and their loved ones.

MALLORY BRAKE
Mallory Brake is a Black Belt in Krav Maga and a Level 2 Certified Instructor.
Mallory is the first and only female Krav Maga Black Belt in Michigan. She has been training Krav Maga for 10 years and instructing for 6. Her pride and passion for teaching are empowering women to take responsibility for their own self-protection.
She was the Honor Guard at the American Warrior Society’s Firearm Instructor Development Course 3TAC21. Mallory is a certified American Heart Association Instructor for Basic Life Support, CPR, First Aid, AED and a Stop the Bleed Instructor.
Mallory has also been a Registered Nurse for 12 years. She is a bachelor’s prepared RN from Bellarmine University in Louisville Kentucky, and she has a certification in Critical Care nursing. Mallory has worked in intensive care at Henry Ford Hospital, a level-one trauma center in downtown Detroit, for the past twelve years.
While there she also worked as a Unit Educator for the Medical ICU. Mallory’s unit is run by Pulmonologists and therefore was the COVID ICU during the current pandemic.

JAMIE HEADLEY
Jamie Headley has spent the majority of her career in manufacturing operations management helping companies with cost containment, productivity improvements, revenue generation and turnarounds. She served in various operational roles such as Operations Manager for St. Clair Press, Director of Supply Chain for Catalent Pharma Solutions, & Vice President of Operations for Art.com.
Jamie also founded Dementia Services Group (DSG), a consulting company that helps family members navigate the medical, legal, financial and care related issues cognitive impairment. DSG also created a proprietary 50 hour training curriculum for home care agencies, senior living communities and physicians.
Jamie has been an adjunct professor for Western Michigan University teaching both Marketing and Business courses.
Currently Jamie works with The Michigan Manufacturing Technology Center as the Director of Business Development.
Jamie has a passion for shooting and the fire arms community and enjoys using her skills as an instructor to help students safely learn skills. She also uses her consulting and marketing background to help gun ranges increase revenue and customer satisfaction. Jamie is also a writer for the Armed Lifestyle Magazine.
Jamie holds a BA and MBA from Dominican University.
