Join our class designed for women looking to enhance their self defense skills. The curriculum is led by Kayla, the second female in Michigan to earn her black belt in Krav Maga. This class is perfect for females aged 15 and over, regardless of physical capabilities or experience level. Get started on the right path to becoming more capable and confident by learning a critical life skill. Class will be held at The Martial Yard Feb 1, 2025 1:30 - 3:30 P.M.
